I find it weird that I can ship Fred/Wesley and Alyson/Alexis, but the thought of it being the other way around grosses me out.
Finished rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and want to thank James Marsters for his face 🧛🏼♀️

A lot of people don’t like the whole magic’s as drug plot for Willow but I think it was done excellently. It was built up perfectly and power is addicting.
All the debate aside, *that* scene with Buffy and Spike in Seeing Red is so important to me as someone who has been through similar. To see Buffy, someone I idolize, who stands for everything good, still being vulnerable to exactly the same problems as I’ve gone through and still being ready to save the world (a lot) after. It’s not formed part of her identity, and it’s not made her any less of a hero and that’s something I can take strength from.
Sometimes I wonder what Buffy would think about all of the ship wars and the arguments: did she belong with Angel, or Spike, or Riley…. I think she would be absolutely disgusted. She is such a strong character who has changed so much from the 1st season. She is brave and kind and selfless, and yet people still seem to boil her down to two or three relationships she had. It is an insult to both Buffy and the show itself.
Nicholas Brendon was honestly so pretty in seasons 1-3.
After season 6 I just wanted Spike to go away, I needed a break from him.
I wish we could’ve gotten a Dark Willow and Illyria team-up. The villains wouldn’t have stood a chance.
Something I’ve never understood is that Spike couldn’t be tricked into thinking Ben and Glory were the same person, yet he somehow could be fooled into thinking that all these memories he suddenly had of a teenage girl (Dawn) were legitimate.
Buffy doesn’t need a reboot it’s not even that old and it still holds up so there’s no need for one.
I feel bad for Willow in season 7. She wants to help everyone and she ends up in the middle. It’s miraculous that she didn’t just kill all of them and fought The First by herself.
