I think The Master was a smarter and more powerful than Turok-Han.

I love that Buffy wore the white dress to fight the Master; it’s a reminder that she’s a strong yet feminine hero.

As much talk as there was about the Master in S1, he was killed off way too easily. I wish they had done more with his character.

I’m surprised more people don’t comment about Whedon’s use of binary opposition on the show. The Master (an old vampire into religion and ritual) was the exact opposite of his successor Spike (a young vampire into rebellion and impulse) Buffy was the opposite of Faith. So it makes perfect sense Kennedy would be the polar opposite of Tara. That’s how the series works.
