It’s highly unlikely that the PTB or the Council would’ve allowed any Slayer to become pregnant, and even if they did conceive they would not have been allowed to keep it. There’s only supposed to be one Slayer and having her attention and loyalties divided between her child and the Council is something I doubt the latter would’ve allowed. There’s also the fact that most Slayers don’t live very long.
