I hate how the Scooby Gang treated Giles. He was insecure for so long and it hurt to see him wondering where he fit in for not just episodes, but entire seasons. And when he tried to do things for himself, people would pull him back without asking what he wanted. They only kept him around for the hard work, not for fun. Not for his presence, but for someone to do the hard work.
